Staff very friendly and helpful both on reception and room cleaners. In a quiet position in Ushuaia, previously in the town on main thorough fair, which was very noisy. Enjoyed sitting out under the trees, outside room and watching the birds. Excellent to have coffee and tea making facilities in room which we did not have in previous hotel. Uphill walk from town but keeps you fit.

Very friendly staff and they checked us in earlier, at 10am. We were very happy as we had a very early flight.

The ambience, the view of the surrounding mountains, the breakfast spread, the staff all were really amazing.

The location is good, about 5 minutes walking distance to the main street where there are many restaurants and shops. About 10 minutes walking distance to the pier where you start the boat tour; and about 2 minutes to a supermarket. Luggage storage service is available, very convenient.
